Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later

The turning circle at the end of Pumping Station Road + Powell's Walk to St. Nicholas church is now so slippery as to be dangerous. Leaves have rotted and not been cleared. Now that the trees have all shed their leaves, and there are fewer cars parked in the turning circle, please undertake the work.
