Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later

The resident said 2 men called at his door last week and asked him to keep his drive free today, the 12th January .They told him it needed to be free from 8am as they were coming to trim a tree on the pavement outside 5 Osterley Avenue. Branches were falling off it.No one has turned up and the resident wants to use his drive.
