Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later

The road surface in Binns rd has been reported many times over the last two years. It has even been inspected by HH who agreed it needed work. The problem is not just potholes but delamination. Nothing is ever done in spite of deterioration of the problem in the interim. It is now a serious trip hazard, especially after dark.
