Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2363143.
There is a stretch of of over bush from park road to Sunbury road that has no working lights, and you can’t see past a simple torch to a point of seeing your handing in front of your face. Very dangerous and anyone could be walking out and your wouldn’t be able to see them an accident waiting to happen. Cycling home after work around 9:30pm doesn’t make me feel safe coming up to or through this section of cycle path. I’ve been cycling for three weeks and it seems to be a continuing issue. Would love for something to be looked at or done as living down the road it doesn’t make me feel very safe. Thank you for your time

I can see this person reported this problem in October. I reported it in November after a fall. I run along this path daily in the morning and the lighting is yet to be fixed. I think three months is a reasonable time period to fix such a issue. There is literally no light at all along this path, and it is heavily used. It is particularly dangerous now given all the leave fall on the path, and the wet conditions. Roughly four of five lamp posts are out along the section of path that is the darkest - amongst scrub.
