Skip and 4 full pallets of tiles on pavement outside number 22 Strafford Road These items have been on the public highway for 3 days now.
Caller rang - he has been blocked from pushing his son who is in a wheelchair because of this obstruction
The skip and the pallets have now been moved onto the road and are obstructing two spaces where cars can park. Our neighbour at No.20 is disabled and his daughter needs to park near to their home as he is wheelchair bound, with a blue badge and cannot mobilise for long distances. The skip has no hazard lights fitted and has been placed so close to my mother's car that when she needs to use it, she has to struggle to manoeuvre the car out of the parking space she is in. The debris from the roof that is being worked on at No. 22, is all over her car. The neighbours at No. 22 have not even had the decency to inform their neighbours of the work that is being carried out for them and letting them know about needing any extra space and how that will affect neighbours on both sides of their property.
