A mature tree was removed from the grass verge between numbers 154 and 152 Park Road sine time ago. The gaping hole and mud that has been caused by the tree removal has not been remedied since. It is my understanding that for every tree removed, a new one would be planted in its place. This has not happened nor has the patch been levelled properly with grass. Have waited patiently for at least a year for this but seems like it has been ignored. Previous report reference number is 14240654

See details above and pictures from my previous report back in March 2020 when I was advised a replacement tree would be planted this September and case then closed. A tree has not been planted as at 14 October and there remains a soil pit where tree was uprooted next to pavement by my house entrance. Please open a new case and this time only close when the matter has been solved. I hope that I don’t have to spend more time on this matter, thank you.
