This is bins still the top of Canterbury rd hanworth tw13. This is an on going problem that I know at lot of tenants have reported many times . It gets reported and as soon as buns are emptied it is full again , not only that but rubbish is left all round the bins and area . In this hot weather it is very smelly very unsightly. My grandchildren always ask why is it so dirty . It is very embarrassing when having to walk past it everyday to go to shops and not very nice especially in this hot weather . When visitors come they always comment on the mess etc . The council are very good at emptying bins etc but they are full next day and waste thrown on floor etc . Please can something be done to stop this ? Put gates around it fence it of as these bins are for flats . This has been an ongoing problem please help . Mrs v parsons a resident of Canterbury rd .

How many times does this need to be reported. I have done it about 4 times aswell as others. Can the fence be brought forward and the bins put behind the fence with gates and able to lock and bin men have the keys or code to unlock it so the bin men can empty them and also it will stop people fly tipping. It looks such a mess and smells and does not look nice when coming past it. Please can you email me with your comments. Roger S

Hi roger This has been a ongoing problem which I have reported numerous times . I have at last had contact through refuse dept Hounslow. I spoke to nice lady who has been trying for weeks to get this sorted for this area . It now seems that it is Richmond housing who the flats belong to . They have now apparently agreed to put a shed round it , hope it’s soon as it’s a total mess and health risk . V parsons

Hi I have spoke to rhp many times about this apparently someone has been down and have discussed bin sheds . Hopefully that will happen soon but I have also said we need cvtv there to stop people from dumping rubbish there . I have seen many people dump rubbish from all over . So let’s hope something is finally getting done .

This was bank holiday Monday . I have been in constant contact with rhp to the extent of sending photo every day . I have stated about bin shed etc and apparently they have a meeting to discuss it today as they apparently have had quotes in . So I’ve been informed that they will contact me early next week to tell me if it’s happening . I also raised concerns that it has been going on so long that it will not stop people still dumping rubbish . Have requested cctv to actually catch theses people . So fingers crossed it will happen ASAP

This is not Houndlow problem it’s Richmond housing partnerships . They have a complaints procedure if you go on there website . I suggest you keep sending photo and emails in like a few of us already do . I’ve also said I will get in touch with environmental health if it is not sorted soon . The more complaints etc they get the sooner hopefully it will get sorted .

I’m just letting people know I have had a phone call from rhp and they have agreed to put a bin shed up . Apparently it will be quite large with key acces only . It will take 6-8 weeks
