Loos concrete slab in trench across road

Reported in the Pothole or other defect category by Mike Smith at 16:59, Thu 26 December 2019

Sent to Hounslow Highways 1 minute later

The large concrete blocks are loose and wobbling in this trench surrounded by a pothole it is about 20cm deep. Although cars can drive over it is extremely dangerous for cyclists whose wheel could easily be trapped causing an accident. Not sure if it is the same issue reported on 29 October. It is hard to tell from the description. If it is then I am very surprised no action has been taken bearing in mind the seriousness. If we get a big freeze it will probably damage the whole width of the road as water can get in underneath the concrete.
