Accumulation of water outside 22/23 Manor Gardens

Sent to Hounslow Highways 1 minute later
About two years ago our street had a new pavement laid by Hounslow Highways. Unfortunately since the work was done, whenever it rains quite heavily a section of my front garden path – the area closest to the pavement – develops a large puddle of water. This never used to happen and has only started happening since the new pavement was put in. It is only my path and my next door neighbour’s path at Number 22 who suffer this ingress of water on our front garden paths whenever it rains heavily. No-one else along the street gets the level of rainwater settling on their front garden paths that myself and my neighbour have experienced since the pavement was replaced along Manor Gardens.
Please can you let me know when the issue I reported ( report's reference number is 14228057) will be dealt with? As it has been raining a lot I have a constant puddle of water on my front garden path, which as I reported has only occurred since the installation of the new pavement along Manor Gardens about 18 months. No other property along Manor Gardens (other than myself and No.22) experiences this amount of water collecting on their front garden path, directly next to the pavement.
