Rubbish and Fly-Tipping

Sent to Hounslow Highways 3 minutes later
The green is filled with dumped rubbish and waste that has been spread whilst the bin men pick up the rubbish. The area is disgusting and filthy, filled with plastic bottles, packaging and dumped debris. I have more photos that show the whole green, just off the bridlepath way's, yet this application has only allowed me to upload 3 photos. This is an ongoing issue; I have reported this many times in the past. In fact, the yellow bag as seen in the 3rd photo has been reported about 2 months ago and it is still there!! This is absolutely disgusting and appalling that these things are not dealt with. In fact, it will be weeks by the time this email gets acknowledged - absolutely disgraceful!! Every Friday, when the rubbish gets picked up, a ton of plastic waste is spread across the green, either due to people not putting their rubbish out with caution and because the men picking it up are carless and do not care if they drop it. I have seen that on some Monday's, employed from the Hounslow Highways clean the streets and pick up some litter. Yet, they seem to be missing a huge amount which is clearly visible all over the place. In fact, if they come and do such picking, why do they not report the bigger issues such as the bag or even a bed???? This is an issue for the local residents as well as the environment. By the time this email gets acknowledged, the rubbish will have spread across bushes, trees and onto the lakes, which highly pollutes our local environment. As such, some of this rubbish will be consumed by our wildlife which may cause deaths and endangering to their habitats. Moreover, once it moves into areas less visible by the eye, it will take hundreds of years to decompose, which again is a highly concerning environmental factor. This is absolutely appalling that this even has to be reported. Employees of the Hounslow Highways should be accountable for reporting such issues and to resolve them in a timely manner.
