Abandoned car

This vehicle was abandoned in Buckingham Avenue several months ago. It has had a Council removal notice placed on the passenger side for at least eight weeks. The vehicle is full of what looks like dumped personal effect on all seats including the drivers seat. The rear tyre on the drivers side is flat. It is located at the junction of Rosslyn and Buckingham Avenue.
