Resident called in to report, blocked drain at the corner of Kew Bridge and Kew Bridge Road, TW8 0EB. Which causes flood in the road.
Resident informed me he's logged a few enquiries with hounslow highwayson fix my steet and received update that the enquiries are close.

There is a long grille down which rain water should flow. However the grille is blocked with soil and pebbles thus causing localised flooding (see first photo where I have drawn an ellipse over the visible part of the blocked grille). This is a safety hazard as people cannot cross at the crossing (see third photo). It's quite simple to fix - the grille needs to cleared of the blockage by piercing it with a thin stick. And this needs to be done every few months.
