The public footpath that runs from Twickenham Rd to Worple Rd, gully on R/H side as you enter from Twickenham Rd. This gully is completely blocked. After my first report, day or so later I saw the gully crew working on trying to open the grill. The following day it was signed off as CLOSED. So don6tdll me you don't know where it is.
