Case officer L Jones M said work would start week of the 24th, which didn’t happen. Case keeps getting closed saying action has been taken. Which is lies.

Work was also due to start on June the 25th, didn’t happen. Work was also due to start on July the 13th, didn’t happen. Serious matter keeps getting hidden. Action needs to be taken. The manhole needs to be removed like it was 2 years ago. The road needs to be re surfaced not safe. Manhole set higher than road surface causing shaking to my property and others. Cracks have appeared on my walls due to this.
