18 Beverley Road large accumulation leaves

Our road and pavement is currently seriously covered with leaves, causing a hazard to pedestrians. I believe you can deliver special bags for residents to use, to put the leaves in, in the surrounding area of our houses? I'm very happy to clear the leaves on the pavement in the vicinity of our house, but would need bags to put them in. Would it be possible to have about 20 bags.
